F45 training

If you’re looking to keep in shape, F45 Training offers a unique training system that keeps members engaged. They’re also perfect for anyone on a schedule, with each of their 27 (and growing) workout sessions lasting 45 minutes. Created by the F45 Athletics and Peak Performance Department, each different session is pulled from over 2,000 exercises. This allows members to have plenty of variety or stick to favourite sessions each week.

Mattu’s Coffee & Tea

Mattu’s has been a Langley staple for over 20 years, serving up a range of beverages, snacks, and products. You can find hot and cold coffee, tea, smoothies, bubble tea, and more. It’s also a perfect stop if you need tea sets, coffee and travel mugs, French presses, espresso makers, packaged coffee and tea, and related accessories.

The Willoughby Town Centre Liquor Store has a huge selection of refreshments to cover any taste like premium spirits, harder to find B.C. wines like Burrowing Owl, and a big walk-in cooler stacked with classic and craft beers. They also source internationally, such as bringing in wines from Chile and Argentina that aren’t usually found in our province.

Sassy Nails & Spa

Under new management since August 2017, Sassy Nails & Spa has expanded their hours and services. Now open 7 days a week, they offer manicures, pedicures, acrylic full set, solar full set, and the usual shellac and polish changes. Pedicures now come with a hot stone massage. Waxing and eyelash extensions are also offered.
